Randy Lee Mills, age 64, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at his home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born August 14, 1958 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Lewis Samuel and Helen Lucille Lopp Mills.
He was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School, where he ran track and field, played baseball and football.
