Mary Susan Snidemiller

Mary Susan “Susie” Snidemiller, age 74, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Willow Tree Health Center in Charles Town, W.Va.
Born August 28, 1948 in Berkeley Springs, WV, she was the daughter of the late John Brewer and Grace Belle Stotler Spitzer.
She was a Christian. Susie was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
She worked as a computer analysist with the IRS in Kearneysville, W.Va. Susie was active and enjoyed volunteering with the Special Olympics with her daughter.
She enjoyed reading, watching television and working on word searches.
Susie is survived by Jo Ann Merchant, who was her caregiver and considered her as a sister.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Leon Snidemiller on February 21, 2014, her daughter, Traci Dawn Snidemiller on March 28, 2020 and two sisters, Barbara Ann Spitzer and Linda Carol Spitzer. Services and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Susie’s name be made to Special Olympics, 1133 19th Street NW, 12th Floor, Washington, DC 20036-3604.
