If you were lucky enough to know this beautiful lady we want to share with you that Margie E. (Fox) Starliper, 77, of Hedgesville, W.Va., passed away on November 22, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born July 14, 1945 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Evers and Louise (Payne) Fox.

She attended Victory Tabernacle, Hedgesville, and was a 1963 Berkeley Springs High School graduate.

She worked at the Woods Resort and retired from Martin & Seibert Attorneys at Law.

She loved to mow, play cards, and spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her four children, sons, Richard Starliper and wife, Trudi and Joey Starliper and wife, Lisa, both of Berkeley Springs; daughters Susan Starliper, Erin Hook and husband, Jason, both of Hedgesville; eleven grandchildren; Tommy Price, Lance Hovermale, Stephanie Cox, and husband, Ricky, Katie Starliper, Brady Price, and girlfriend, Jordan Higginbotham, Rosie Starliper and boyfriend, Jacob Murray, Rebecca Starliper and boyfriend, Tyler Clark, Hunter, Paige, Ava and Christian Hook; two great-grandchildren, Saylor Price and Ellie Cox; Kevin Price, of Hedgesville, who was like a son to her; one brother, Asher Fox and wife, Delores, of Hedgesville; sisters-in-law Daisy Fox, of Hedgesville, Judy Fox, of Delaware, and Patsy Starliper, of Morgantown; brothers-in-law, Gary Starliper and wife, Connie, and Michael Starliper and wife, Shirl, both of Hedgesville; her niece, Linda Winkler, of Hedgesville, who was like a sister to her; close friends, Alverda Schetrompf and Mary Good; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and church family.

Margie is reunited in heaven with the love of her life husband, Harry Starliper, Jr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings that passed at birth; brothers, Chester, Jennings, Melvin and Paul Fox; sister Carol Santmier; sisters-in-law, Marge and Violet Fox; and brother-in-law Jerry Starliper.

Family received friends Friday, November 25, 2022 at Victory Tabernacle, 34 Victory Ln., Hedgesville, W.Va. 25427 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service was Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 11 a.m., the family received friends one hour prior to the service at the church from 10-11 a.m. Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Morgan County.
