Roxanna “Roxi” Louise Herbert-Lucas, 69, of Clear Spring, Md., passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022, at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, Md.
Born July 22, 1953, in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late Charles Roger Baker and Hilda Louise (Yeakle) Kayser.
