The last day to register to vote in the May 10 primary or to update a voter registration is next Tuesday, April 19.
Early voting begins on April 27 and continues through May 7 in the Morgan County Clerk’s office in the county courthouse.
Voters will take to polling places to cast ballots on Tuesday, May 10 around the county.
Several hundred voters in the southern end of the county were informed last week that their polling place had changed because of legislative redistricting. Some people who used to vote at Cacapon State Park will now have to go to Love Assembly of God church to cast a ballot and vice versa. There are also voters who used to vote at the former Great Cacapon school who will now vote in Berkeley Springs due to district line shifts.
