Robert George Burke, 77, of Martinsburg passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born on October 5, 1943, in Parsons, W.Va., he was the son of the late Charles S. Burke and Claudia Mary Phillips Burke.
