Pauline Northcraft
1931-2021
Pauline Northcraft, age 90, of Warfordsburg, Pa., passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021, at her home.
Born October 13, 1931, in Buck Valley, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Grier Scriever and Emily (Ward) Scriever; and wife of Marvin L. Northcraft.
She was a 1949 graduate of Warfordsburg High School; a lifelong member of the Buck Valley Christian Church, in Warfordsburg; and retired in 1996 from the Southern Fulton School District as a teacher’s aide.
She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Alan L. Northcraft and his wife, Linda; a daughter, Sherry L. Northcraft; two granddaughters, Emily Kriner and her husband, Clint, and Sarah Beavers and her husband, Tommy; five great-grandchildren, Wesley Kriner, Brady Beavers, Katie Kriner, Marley Beavers, and Lacey Kriner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Bob, Homer, Reed, and Kenneth; and one sister, Dorothy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 4 until 8 p.m., at the Buck Valley Christian Church. Funeral services will be held at the Church at 11 a.m., on Thursday, October 28, 2021, with Rev. Bill Croteau officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining Church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Buck Valley Christian Church, 2281 Harmonia Road, Warfordsburg, PA 17267.
