Multicultural Night and concert at Hancock High School

The Hancock Middle-Senior High School Unified and Related Arts Departments are presenting a Multicultural Night and World Music Concert tomorrow night, Thursday, May 12, at 6:30 p.m.

The program consists of world music presented by the middle and high school bands under the direction of Susan Mott, a street art exhibit presented by the Spanish and Arts departments, an Urban Forest exhibit presented by the Arts Department under the direction of Craig Caldwell, a Spanish speaking country exhibit presented by the Spanish students of Danielle Kieser, and a book display and activity exhibit presented by the students of Ann Shilling.

The Hancock Elementary band students, under the direction of Susan Knable, will present some street music and the Panther Band Boosters will provide some ethnic foods for the guests to sample as they peruse the exhibits.

The community is invited to attend and donations will be accepted at the door.
