A Great Cacapon man who police had asked the public to be on the alert to locate has been found deceased. According to Morgan County Sheriff K.C. Bohrer, Charles Stotler was located over the weekend. Stotler’s family had reported him missing early last week. He said family noted that Stotler had been acting out of character prior to his disappearance.
Sheriff Bohrer said in a Monday press release that positive identification of Stotler would be made after a post-mortem examination but that preliminary indications pointed to the deceased being the missing man.
