Gloria Kay Weinberger
1953-2021
Gloria Kay “Gmom” Weinberger, age 68, of Martinsburg, W.Va., formerly of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at WVUH East in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born May 8, 1953 in New Kensington, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles Allen and Ailene Ruby Spielman McBee.
She was a Protestant.
She had worked as a Registered Nursing Assistant and was a homemaker in recent years.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Alderton-Dawson American Legion Post #60 in Berkeley Springs. She liked to read, play electronic games and enjoyed cooking.
Gloria is survived by one daughter, Dani Lou Smith of Martinsburg, one sister, Lois Jean Jagger of Houston, Texas, two brothers, Randy Eugene McBee of Moundsville, W.Va. and Terry Lee McBee of Easton, Md., 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Neal Weinberger on May 30, 2006 and two daughters, Patricia Kay Busch and Dora Marie Rauch.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with Pastor Rodney Truax officiating. Interment will be in Greenway Cemetery.
