Evelyn Virginia Meinhardt
1941-2022
Evelyn Virginia Meinhardt, age 80, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born June 25, 1941 in Owings Mill, Md., she was the daughter of the late Harry Ellsworth and Mildred Cordelia Reter Albright.
She was a Methodist.
She was a graduate of Franklin High School in Reisterstown, Md.
Evelyn was a homemaker and a member of the Master Gardeners. She loved plants, both house plants and garden varieties.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert Arnold Meinhardt, Sr., at home; her children, Vicki Lynn Maimone and her husband Al of Princeton, Mass., David Allen Meinhardt and his wife Wanda of The Plains, Va. and Catherine Anne Rupard of Inwood, W.Va.; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Dianna Susan Place and Robert Arnold Meinhardt, Jr.; four sisters and one brother.
Services and interment in Bosley United Methodist Church Cemetery, Sparks-Glencoe, Md. will be private.
