1946-2022
Donna Marie Combs, 75, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 surrounded by loving family, at her home.
Born on December 2, 1946, in Carthage, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Matilda (Newby) and Delbert K. Campbell.
Donna worked as a Committee Management Officer for the federal government for 32 years until her retirement. She was an avid dog-lover and enjoyed birdwatching in her spare time.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, William Daryl Combs; Daughter Christel Jenkins (Keith Griffith, Sr.) of Hagerstown; Sons, Timothy Alan May of Reisterstown, Md. and William Michael Combs of Gerrardstown, W.Va.; Grandchildren, Julie Marie Jenkins and Alan Michael Jenkins; and Great-Grandchild, Kiylah.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Pastor James Gross officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown. Family will receive friends two hours prior.
