Charles Leo Cain

1956-2022

Charles Leo Cain, 65, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away peacefully on April 27, 2022 at his home under the care of hospice.

Born on September 4, 1956 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Charles and Hope Cain Stotler.

Charles worked for the West Virginia Division of Highways for many years.

He later worked as a tree trimmer.

He enjoyed playing cards and dominos with his friends and family. Charles was an outdoorsman with a love for hunting, fishing and taking rides on his four-wheeler.

He leaves behind one son, Randy Cain of Hedgesville, W.Va., one daughter, Susan Cain of Martinsburg, W.Va., three brothers, David Cain of Hedgesville, W.Va., Dale “Bo” Cain of Warfordsburg, Pa., Bobby Cain of Mercersburg, Pa., two sisters, Connie Mitchell of Warfordsburg, Pa., and Carol High of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Ronald Cain, one sister, Ruth Ann Fox, and his step father, Donald Wayne Stotler. V

iewing was at Hunter Anderson Funeral Home, Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Funeral service were as conducted afterwards. Service was conducted by Pastor Carl Sipes. Graveside service was at Spohrs Crossroads Cemetery.
