Wanda A. Woods
1953-2019
Wanda Ann Woods, 66, of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville.
Born May 26, 1953 in Virginia Beach, Va., she was the daughter of the late William and Joan Lindstrom Dennie.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Berkeley Springs.
She attended public schools in Silver Spring, Md.
She volunteered at Morgan County Senior Life Services and was a homemaker.
She liked to crochet.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, James Roy Woods, at home; her children, James Harris, Martinsburg, Jason Woods, Berkeley Springs and Jeffrey Woods, Morgantown; one brother, William Dennie, Frederick, Md.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Dennie and one brother, Scott Dennie.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, June 23 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs. Rev. Fr. Mike Lecias officiated. Interment was private.
