Local police arrested two Berkeley Springs residents on Monday, April 1, and charged them with possession of drugs with the intent to deliver them. Sheriff K.C. Bohrer identified the suspected drugs as “scramble” – a capsule form of combined drugs with either heroin or cocaine as the base.
