1935-2019

Thelma Mea Masters, 83, of Berkeley Springs, died Saturday, February 23, 2019 at The Berkeley Springs Center in Berkeley Springs.

Born May 18, 1935 in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of the late William August, Sr. and Mildred Louise Sadler Seegmuller.

She attended Union Chapel United Methodist Church.

She graduated from Fulton High Schools in Maryland.

She was a homemaker. She liked cooking and gardening.

She is survived by two sons, James Masters, Red Line, Pa. and Richard Masters, Berkeley Springs; one sister, Flora Kennedy, La Jolla, Calif.; one brother, William Seegmuller, Newark, Del.; one grandson, Jessie Masters and one granddaughter, Ashley Masters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Wayne Masters on November 8, 2018; one sister, Ruth Weaver and two brothers, Martin and Henry Seegmuller.

Services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements by Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 36 S. Green Street, Berkeley Springs.
