The Cocoa Crawl is back

by Trish Rudder

The 2nd Annual Cocoa Crawl is on Friday, December 6 from 5-9 p.m. in downtown Berkeley Springs.

Sponsored by Hometown Holidays in Berkeley Springs, coordinator Jules Happy Rone said the cocoa crawl was a success last year with more than 500 guests served a different flavored cocoa at each participating shop.

“It’s a great way to complete your shopping,” Rone said on Monday.

At least 1,000 participants are expected to attend the crawl this year, she said.

The 13 shops serving free hot cocoa are: The Vintage Kitchen, Berkeley Floral, Hunter’s Hardware, Black Cat Music Co-op, Sage Moon Herb Shop, Portals Metaphysical, Mountain Laurel Gallery, Mineral Springs Trading Co., Marley Max Candles & More, Fleur de Lis Cheese Shop, Jules Enchanting Gifts, Berkeley Springs Antique Mall and Inspired Chaos.

Maps of the participating shops will be available, Rone said.
