Terry L. Stump
1954-2019
Terry Lynn Stump, 64, of Berkeley Springs, died Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at War Memorial Hospital, Berkeley Springs.
Born September 15, 1954 in Baltimore City, Md., she was the daughter of the late William Powell and Beatrice Margaret Cavanaugh Shock.
She graduated from Baltimore City School in Baltimore.
She worked as a cook for over 20 years with Maria’s Garden & Inn and in recent years worked at the Berkeley Springs Moose Lodge #1483.
She was a member of Woman of the Moose Chapter #1311, Risinger-Stotler VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #4019 and Alderton-Dawson American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #60.
She is survived by her children, Trisha Fontaine, Berkeley Springs, Donald Farrell, Jr. of Germany and Brittany Farrell, North Beach, Md.; two sisters, Irene Schmid, Colorado Springs, Colo. and Stephanie Krawczyk, Berkeley Springs; one brother, Gregory Shock, Berkeley Springs; 11 grandchildren, Destinee Fontaine, Jordan McCauley, Nicholas Fontaine, Matthew Fontaine, Nathan Fontaine, Savannah Yost, Donald Farrell III, Austin Farrell, Rhaelia Scanlon, Shyanne Farrell and Armi Scanlon and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Sandra Merson on March 31, 2001.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 30 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs. Services and interment will be private.
