Ruby I. Swain
1934-2019
Ruby I. Hull Swain, 84, Hancock, died Thursday, August 22, 2019 at her home.
Born in Hancock on September 18, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Dorothy Younker Hull and the wife of Adolph W. Swain.
She was a member of the Stone Bridge Church of the Brethren, near Hancock.
She liked gardening and potting flowers.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Shelly Swain, Martinsburg, W.Va.; two sons, Bruce Swain and David Helman, both of Hancock; four brothers, Andrew Hull, Ralph Hull, Ben Hull and Jesse Hull and one sister, Agnes Hull.
Funeral services were Tuesday, August 27 at Stone Bridge Church of the Brethren, Hancock. Rev. Harry Strite officiated. Interment followed in the adjoining church cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Grove Funeral Home.
