Rio man charged in home break-in

Police last Thursday arrested a Rio, W.Va. man and charged him with burglary and grand larceny in an August 4 break-in in Great Cacapon.

Kevin R. Cain, 44, was extradited from Howard County, Md. and arrested by Capt. Tim Stapleton of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department on August 30.
