Richard Wayne Mills, 57, of Paw Paw, died Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Western Maryland Health System, Cumberland, Md.
Born March 18, 1960 in Silver Spring, Md., he was the son of the late Gary and Louise Osbourne Mills.
He was of the Baptist faith. He attended public schools in Silver Spring.
He worked for Waste Management as a diesel mechanic.
He liked cars, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife Rebecca Lynn Conley Mills at home; one daughter, Jessica Belice, Paw Paw and three sons, Austin Mills of Tennessee, Jessie Mills, Berkeley Springs and Shawn Mills, Gaithersburg, Md.
Services and interment will be private.
