Nancy Elizabeth Talbert, 73, of Berkeley Springs, died Monday, March 19, 2018 at War Memorial Hospital.
Born August 24, 1944 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Walter and Alberta Picton.
She was a graduate of Walter Johnson High School in Montgomery County, Md., she also received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts at the University of Maryland.
She was the executive assistance for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
She was a commercial artist. She liked exotic animals.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, John Lawrence Talbert, Jr.
