On Monday, August 24, representatives of Mountain Mama Quilt Group of Berkeley Springs, Portia Lyall and Karen McCusker presented quilts to two local Vietnam veterans, Ragtime (U.S. Marine Corps) and Roland Cornel Spitzer (U.S. Navy).
