Lady Indians soccer shutout Keyser

The Berkeley Springs High School Lady Indians Soccer Team picked up their fifth win of the season with a 3-0 win over Keyser last Thursday, October 3.
The Lady Indians were led by Hynnja Dietrich and Mikaila Ek who each scored a goal.
The third Berkeley Springs score came off of a ricochet of a Keyser player into their own goal.
Kira Havermale had an assist. Whitney Hiles had nine saves in goal for Berkeley Springs.
On Saturday, October 5 the Lady Indians lost 5-0 to North Marion at Morgan Field.
Hiles had 17 saves in goal.
“Iron Man soccer is tough enough, but when you have a couple players not at 100% it’s even tougher,” stated Coach Steve Havermale.
Berkeley Springs was scheduled to be back in action on Tuesday, October 7 against St. Maria Goretti. Then today, Wednesday, October 9 the Lady Indians will host Southern Fulton at 5 p.m.
