Justin William Tranter, age 19, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at his home.
Born February 18, 2002 in Nyack, N.Y., he was the son of Lauren Margaret Murray Tranter Daniel and Thomas Butler Daniel, Jr., of Berkeley Springs.
Justin was a spiritual person.
He was a 2021 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and worked as a cook at McDonalds.
He was an outdoors person, a woodworker and an artist, specializing in drawing. He was always helping others.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Kaydence Rita Tranter and Zoey Ann Daniel, both of Berkeley Springs, his paternal grandmothers, Judith Ann Shumate and Nancy Ann Grimm, both of Berkeley Springs, his maternal grandparents, Jimmy and Rita Marie Wanamaker of Wilmington, N.C. and several aunts, uncles, cousins and his special person, Kami Stotler.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Thomas Butler Daniel, Sr.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Interment will be in Cool Springs Natural Cemetery, Berryville, Va.
