Julia Evelyn Rice, 93, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at her grandson’s residence in Ranson, W.Va.
Born January 17, 1928 in Kifer, Md., she was the daughter of the late Mike Crane and Maude Hartman Crane.
Julia loved her career in retail shoe sales at Woody’s in Tyson Corner, and she would have done that job for free.
