Judith “Judi” Ann Shriver, 75, of Hedgesville, passed peacefully on Saturday, August 8, 2020.
Born February 23, 1945, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Arthur Scott Stotler and Nellie Russell Fox.
Judith devoted her life to her family, church and God.
