Judith Carol “Judy” Roach, 74, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Care Center in Kearneysville, W.Va.
Judy was born on November 20, 1944 in Hagerstown, Md., a daughter of the late Marion Lester Farris and Martha Willis Dawson Farris. S
he was a graduate of Sparrows Point High School in Baltimore, Md.
