Jason Dwayne Fipps, 45, of Chicago, Ill., died Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at his home.
Born May 20, 1974 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Larry Dwayne Fipps, Great Cacapon and the late Helen Marie Fipps.
He was of the Christian faith.
He was a top graduate of Mountain State University in the culinary program and worked as a Chef in the Chicago area.
He liked traveling, making food, taking care of rescue animals and helping other people who had addictions.
In addition to his father, he is survived by one daughter, Taylor Brown, Columbia, Md.; one brother, Paul Fipps, Mt. Airy, Md. and two nieces.
Memorial services were conducted Monday, June 3 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs. Interment was private.
