Herbert I. Golden, Sr., age 91, of Hancock, Md., passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020 at the War Memorial Hospital, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Born in Hancock, on November 30, 1928, he was the son of the late Stanley W. and Cornelia (Mellott) Golden; and the husband of the late Donna Jean (Waugh) Golden, whom he married on October 30, 1949 and who died January 4, 2017.
