Harley H. Carpenter

Harley Herbert Carpenter, 87, of Berkeley Springs, died Monday, February 25, 2019 at his home.
Born September 15, 1931 in Sutton, he was the son of the late Oscar and Rosa Knight Carpenter.
He was a Christian. He attended public schools in Sutton.
He was owner/operator of his own logging company.
He liked reading.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Hannah Dietz Carpenter at home; one daughter, Nicole “Nikki” Carpenter and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 13 siblings. Services and burial will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs.
