Grace Louise Sipes, 90, of Berkeley Springs, died Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
She was born in Chambersburg, Pa. on September 19, 1930, the daughter of the late Isabelle Stoner and William Miller.
She was a member of the Winchester First Church of the Nazarene and a former member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of the Nazarene in Harrisonville, Pa.
