1937-2018
Gloria Roxanne Gloyd, age 80, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Monday, May 28, 2018, at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville.
Born June 4, 1937 in Morgan County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late George Pete Divelbliss and Grace Whisner Divelbliss.
She was of the Christian faith.
She attended schools in Morgan County, W.Va.
She was a home maker all of her life.
She enjoyed sewing, cooking and baking.
She is survived by one daughter, Sherry Dale Yost of Berkeley Springs; three sons, Dennis Gloyd of Berkeley Springs, Harry Calvin and Lester Wayne Gloyd, both of Great Cacapon; one sister, Irma Stephens of Martinsburg; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Sylvester Gloyd on January 20, 2017; one son, Tommy Sylvester Gloyd; one daughter, Phyllis Ann Everett; two sisters, Betty Liaken and Ellen Adams and two brothers, Paul and George Divelbliss.
Services and interment will be private on the family farm.
