Gilbert R. Taylor
1938-2018
Gilbert Ronald Taylor, age 80, of Warfordsburg, Pa., passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at the Julia Manor Health Care Center, in Hagerstown, Md.
Born April 14, 1938, in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Helen (Robinson) Taylor.
He was retired from JLG Industries, Inc., in McConnellsburg, Pa., where he had worked as a forklift operator. He had also worked for Overly-Racker, Inc. for many years.
He is survived by a brother, Wilbur C. Taylor and his wife, Joann, of Baltimore, Md.; a sister-in-law, Gloria L. Taylor, of Hancock, Md.; a niece, Susan L. Taylor, of Hancock; a nephew, Brian K. Taylor, of Baltimore; two great-nieces; one great-nephew; and many cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George E. Taylor.
There will be no visitation, and services will be held at a later date.
The Grove Funeral Home, in Hancock, Md. was in charge of arrangements.
