Frank Bernard Bishop, Sr., age 80, of Hancock, Md., passed away on January 25, 2019 at Doey’s House, in Hagerstown, Md. surrounded by his loving wife and family.
Born February 15, 1938, in Hancock, he was the son of the late Jesse E. and Ruth B. (Bishop) Bishop; and husband, for 59 years, to Sondra K. (Crabtree) Bishop.
He was a graduate of Hancock High School with the class of 1956.
