Florence Fudge Hite, 64, formerly of Berkeley Springs, died Saturday, July 7, 2018.
Born February 7, 1954 in Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of the late Terry and Rose Pietryk.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Hite, one daughter, Sheryl McCumbee; two stepchildren, Brian Hite and David Hite; seven grandchildren, Samantha Speckman, Tori Kelly, Billy McCumbee, Rebeka and MaKenzie Hite, Huey and Alyssa Hite; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Marlene D’Auria and several nieces and nephews.
She was a published author, artist and master gardener.
She also was a licensed cosmetologist, liked to cook and animals.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Speckman; one sister, Margaret Palagonia and one stepdaughter, Sharon Hite.
She was cremated and no services.
