This Friday, November 22 is the deadline to participate in the 4th annual Winter Fest Parade in the Town of Bath. The parade through the town is on Saturday, December 7 beginning at 5 p.m.
Winter Fest coordinator Danielle Swope said the application to participate can be downloaded from the “Winter Fest Parade” social media page.
A paper application can be obtained at Town Hall on Wilkes Street, Swope said.
Holiday decorating begins
Justin Spielman, one of the Bath Christmas Project “elves,” put the Christmas lights high up on the Fairfax Green tree that is decorated for the holidays.
The evergreen tree has 1,250 lights and will be lit on Black Friday, November 29, go dark on Saturday, December 7, and relit at the end of the Winter Fest parade, said Hunter Clark, Bath Christmas Project president.
