Edward D. Willey

Edward Dennis “Denny” Willey, 72, of Great Cacapon, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Born December 16, 1947 in Great Cacapon, he was the son of the late Jesse Winford and Stella Wilma Moore Willey.
He was a Christian.
He attended public schools in Great Cacapon and had worked in the pulpwood and sawmill business.
He was an avid outdoorsman and liked hunting, trapping and watching television.
He is survived by his sister, Sandra Ottaviano, Great Cacapon; three brothers, James Willey, Needmore, Pa., John Willey, Frederick, Md. and Michael Willey, Nashville, Tenn. and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Virginia Rankin.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, March 17 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs. Pastor Dick Voorhaar officiated.
Interment was in Great Cacapon Cemetery.
