Donald E. Divilbiss, 80, of Davenport, Fla. and formerly of Berkeley Springs, died Saturday, December 15, 2018.
He was born August 1938 in Paw Paw, he was the son of the late George Lawrence and Lillie Divilbiss.
He served in the United States Air Force for 12 years.
