Delores V. Hook
1937-2019
Delores Vivian Hook, 82, Paw Paw, died Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center in Cumberland, Md.
She was born March 15, 1937 at Paw Paw and was the daughter of the late Ray Light and Wanda Likens Light.
She had worked at RayGold and Zayres Dept. Store in Winchester, Va.
She married Leo Benjamin Hook, Sr., on August 4, 1956 who preceded her in death on August 28, 2001.
Surviving are one daughter, Teresa Largent, Ridgeley; two sisters, Connie Hiett, Paw Paw and Donna Shanholtzer, Romney; one granddaughter, Heather Wilson; one great-granddaughter .
She was preceded in death by a son, Leo Hook, Jr. and a sister, Margaret Smith.
Funeral service was held at Kimble Funeral Home on Saturday, August 17 with Eldridge Kerns officiating. Interment was at Woodrow Cemetery.
