David Lincoln Henry, 87, of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Berkeley Springs Center.
He was born February 12, 1931 in Morgan County, he was the son of the late Robert W. and Pearl C. Henry Henry.
He was a veteran in the United States Air Force, worked as a school teacher for 20 years in Morgan County Schools, member of the Gideons International and attended the Warm Springs Baptist Church in Berkeley Springs.
He liked gardening, fishing, farming and reading.
He married Mavoureen Zeilor Henry on May 11, 1964 in Washington, D.C.
He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, R. Eldridge Henry, Joseph Henry and Leroy Henry and one sister, Evelyn Hovermale.
A graveside service was held in Bethel Cemetery, Berkeley Springs, Monday, April 30. Rev. Doyle Payne and Pastor Robert Burton officiated.
A memorial service will be held at the Warm Springs Baptist Church Saturday, May 12, 1 p.m.
