David I. Redmon, Sr.
1939-2019
David Isiah Redmon, Sr., age 81, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Va.
Born February 7, 1939 in Washington, D.C. he was the son of the late George Thomas and Marian Beech Redmon.
He attended Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Cross Junction, Va.
He attended school in Capitol Heights, Md. David was in the United States Marine and served during the Korean Conflict.
He was a self-employed Private Investigator.
He enjoyed Civil War and Religious History.
He is survived by his loving friend Nancy Reed of Winchester, Va.; one daughter, Ann Marie Shears of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; two sons, Harry Thomas Redmon of Riva, Md., and David Isaiah Redmon of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. David was the youngest of thirteen brothers and sisters, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Rita Rose Jones Redman on January 13, 2011.
Services will be announced at a later date.
