Charles Albert “Alphas” Burnett Sr., age 78, of Hancock, Md., passed away from complications of pneumonia at the Meritus Medical Center, in Hagerstown, Md., on Monday, November 23, 2020.
Born July 15, 1942, in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of the late Harold A. and Magdalene M. (Fox) Burnett; and the widower of the love of his life, Dorothy (Weller) Sites-Burnett, who passed away July 20, 2019.
