Bossie Christina Ganoe, age 96, of Berkeley Springs, WV, died on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va.

Born November 2, 1922 in Morgan County she was the daughter of the late Charles and Nellie Marie Gardner Webster.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul.

She graduated from Berkeley Springs High School in 1940.

She was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and traveling. She loved to paint and was a seamstress.

She is leaving behind her four legged companion Amelia.

She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Anne Mellott of Leesburg, Va. and son in law, Max Mellott; one son, Brian Webster Ganoe and wife Alexandra of White City, Oregon; two grandchildren, Scott Charles Mellott of Pelhan, N.H., Christina Zimmerman and hushand Kyle of Leesburg, Va.; four great grandchildren, Camille and Claudia Zimmerman both of Leesburg, Va., Molly Mellott of New York City, N.Y., Tyler Mellott of Pelhan, N.H.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Dailey Ganoe on September 24, 1995; one sister, Gladys Kelly and one brother, Charles Webster, Jr.

Family will receive friends from 2-4 on Friday, May 10 at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 36 S. Green Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Rosary will be offered at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Liberty & S. Washington Streets, Berkeley Springs, W.Va., with the Rev. Fr. Leonard A. Smith as celebrant. Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery in Romney, W.Va.
