Cacapon State Park hosted the 2019 Potomac Valley Conference Cross Country Championships last Tuesday, October 15. The challenging 3.1 mile course is designed to challenge the runners and the teams that were participating.
On the girls side Berkeley Springs High School finished in fourth place with a score of 80. Frankfort took home the team title.
