Barbara H. Suto, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2018, surrounded by her beloved husband Eugene (Gene) J. Suto of 70 1/2 years and her devoted daughters. She was a rare native Washingtonian who was born at home on September 16, 1926, to the late Eleanor Marie Hardesty Howe and Grover Cleveland Harris.
