Ada Roxelle Younker
1931-2020
Ada Roxelle Younker, age 89, of Warfordsburg, Pa., passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at her home.
Born December 3, 1931, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Frederick V. and Margie Elizabeth (Kyne) Frock; and the widow of Delvie Blair Younker, whom she married in January, 1949 and who died in October, 2001.
She attended the Hancock United Methodist Church.
For more than 20 years she had worked for the former London Fog Industries, in Hancock, Md.; the Park-N-Dine Restaurant, and Weaver’s Restaurant & Bakery, both in Hancock; and Valley View Nursing Home, in Berkeley Springs.
She is survived by one sister, Betty L. Frock, of Berkeley Springs; two nephews, Warren D. Robinson, of Michigan, and Cloyd B. Frock, of Florida; one niece, Judy Atiegh, of Hawaii; three great-great-nieces; and two great-great-great-nieces.
Memorial services for Ada will be held at a later date.
The Grove Funeral Home, in Hancock, was entrusted with the arrangements.
