Pamela S. Cobb, 47, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading no contest to child neglect by a parent or guardian creating a risk of bodily injury. Cobb will serve the sentence on home confinement. She must also pay a $100 fine and $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Austin C. Kerns, 35, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading guilty to driving while his license was revoked for DUI. Kerns will serve the sentence on home confinement. He must also pay a $100 fine and $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Cody S. Cantler, 22, of Hedgesville must pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to DUI, first offense. Cantler must also pay $240.25 in court costs and fees.
