Showdown on WV teachers, employees pay raises inevitable?

There is no money for

There is no money for teachers but the state seems to have money for the unnecessary voter ID law. The cost tot he state of providing IDs to those who would otherwise not need them is over $3 Million. There will also be a continuing cost for renewals which the state must pay.WV will also have to pay over $2 Million for required voter education. And there are more miscellaneous expenses. That money could go for better teacher raises.
