Sheriff KC Bohrer reports the following calls, investigations and reports for November 5-11:

November 5

Deputy Jenkins investigated a two-car crash on Cacapon Road with injury. Two citations issued.

Deputy Luke Shambaugh arrested Roger E. Harvey, 34 for parole violations.

November 6

Deputy Roper investigated a two-car crash on River Road, three citations issued.

Chief Walter investigated a one car crash on Valley Road, property damage only.

Chief Walter handled a threats complaint on Ridge View Drive.

Deputy Roper responded to a custody dispute on Valley Road.

Deputy Roper responded to a suicidal female on Truman St. Spoke with female who did not want to harm herself but wished assistance on phone bill. Referral made.

November 7

Sheriff Bohrer investigated a destruction to county property by an inmate from the regional jail. Warrants filed against Brian McBee and Justin Hobday.

Sheriff Bohrer, Chief Walter, Lt. Place and Court Security staff along with Berkeley Springs Police responded to threats call at the courthouse. Unfounded.

Cpl. Barney responded to a welfare check on Dixie Terrace.

Deputy Roper responded to a property dispute. Advised of options.

Deputy Roper responded to a suspicious vehicle on Rough Road. Spoke with property owner.

November 8

Cpl. Barney investigated a single vehicle crash on Valley Road, property damage only.

Sheriff Bohrer arrested Vincent Bierlarski, 28, for transferring and receiving stolen property.

Cpl. Barney handled a missing student complaint from Hancock High School. Located at Vernon Lane.

November 9

Sheriff Bohrer investigated a three-car crash on U.S. 522 and JR Hovermale Way, property damage only. One citation issued.

Deputy Jenkins investigated a one car crash on Martinsburg Road, property damage only

Deputy Jenkins investigated a one car crash on Waugh Road, property damage only.

Sheriff Bohrer arrested Megan Carbaugh, 27, on a felony capias.

Cpl. Barney handled a threats complaint at Warm Springs Middle School.

Deputy Jenkins responded for a school bus complaint on Timber Ridge Road. Driver cited for failing to stop for school bus.

November 10

Deputy L. Shambaugh arrested Jonathan K. Carroll, Sr., 40, for child support capias.

Deputy L. Shambaugh arrested Ronald G. Cobb, Sr., 59, for child support capias.

Cpl. Barney handled a traffic obstruction on Winchester Grade Road.

Deputy Roper responded to a civil dispute on Martinsburg Road. Options advised.

Deputy L. Shambaugh responded to an intoxicated subject call (employee) on Howard Street at Berkeley Springs Water Dept. Deputy L. Shambaugh arrested Dylan McCusker, 18 for possession of marijuana.

Deputy L. Shambaugh responded for a crash involving a deer on Highland Ridge Road.

November 11

Deputy L. Shambaugh investigated a harassment complaint on Coyote Lane.

Deputy L. Shambaugh responded for an injured deer on River Road. Animal put down.

Felony arrests five, misdemeanor arrests five, traffic citations 21, traffic warnings 17, criminal investigations 14, traffic collisions investigated five, alarms responded to five, transports four, legal process served 34, legal process/warrants attempted 34, home confinement checks two, home confinement hookups two and complaints not needing a report 42.
